How soon can the towing process happen?[top]
Depending on your location, most scrap cars are removed the same day! Occasionally some pickups may require up to 24-48 hours due to schedule or weather issues.
What areas does Clunker Heaven serve? [top]
Headquartered in Toronto, our company has rapidly expanded in recent years, servicing as far east as Oshawa, west out to Kitchener/Waterloo and Hamilton, south to Niagara Region, and as far north as Barrie. If you are not in these regions, call us to discuss.
Can you remove vehicles without wheels or flat tires?[top]
We can remove your vehicles without wheels or with flat tires. Please let us know in advance if this is the case as your vehicle will require a flatbed tow truck.
Missing keys?[top]
It is not a problem. Just let us know ahead of time so we can let our driver's know.
Missing ownership/title papers? [top]
Again, not a problem! We just need a short note from you authorizing the removal of the vehicle.
What if I have a title but I am not the owner of the car? [top]
We just need a short note from the owner authorizing the removal of the vehicle and we will do the rest!
One of my tenants abandoned a car / purchased property with abandoned car?[top]
Contact your local police station for instructions on the proper paperwork required for abandoned vehicles left on your property, as well as calling us to confirm the requirements needed.
Can you remove vehicles from underground garages? [top]
We can remove vehicles from all underground parking lots. Let us know in advance if the overhead height is very low, and we will send a smaller truck.
Do I have to be present for the removal of my junk car? [top]
We require the owner to be present when the vehicle is removed so the tow truck driver is able to receive the keys and title for the vehicle, otherwise the ownership will have to be signed by the owner in advance. Photo ID is required.
How much money will I get for my scrap car? [top]
Clunker Heaven offers free towing and cash on the spot for your car, truck, or van. The cash amount will vary for each vehicle depending on its location, number of cylinders and the current metals market valuation.
What if the vehicle is missing parts? [top]
The only items we require for most tows are the four inflated (or inflatable) tires on the vehicles rims so the vehicle can be towed. If tires are missing, a flatbed tow truck will be required. Please be aware our quotations are for complete cars, if the car is missing the engine, transmission, doors, catalytic converter or battery we will adjust the quote.
